We are delighted to announce that Chris Gilbert will be your 2010 course Tutor.

Chris lives and works in the Peak District, where he has been exhibiting and selling his images for a number of years.  He bought his first camera in 1981 (an old second hand Zenith E) and has embraced the gradual progression from slide film to digital.

"I have never considered photography as an exclusive club and am delighted that digital cameras have encouraged more people to get involved and share my passion for taking photos."

Whilst being an award winning photographer (he was short listed for the Take-a-View Landscape Photographer of the Year 2009), his main passion is to teach others to do the same and looks forward to bringing his talents to Menorca during 2010.

"Travel photography is not landscape photography.  Having the opportunity to concentrate on Menorca and focus on it's nuances is a priviledge.  My aim is to pass my enthusiasm onto our guests in Menorca."
